Keeping RS9 safe, fair and fun
We are committed to a safe environment for fantasy sports fans. As a user of the RS9 Platform, you must comply with these Community Guidelines at all times. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning in the Terms & Conditions.
Applicability
These Guidelines apply to any content created, uploaded, posted, shared or transmitted on the Platform (“Content”), including team names, profiles, chat, comments, referrals and other engagement.
Action we may take
For violations we may remove content, disable features, suspend or terminate accounts, forfeit benefits, and notify law enforcement where there is a genuine risk of harm. Actions are at Our sole discretion.
Content we prohibit
1. Spam & deception
- Flooding chats with scam links or crypto spam
- Bots, multi-accounts, fake referrals
- Phishing, malware, unsafe downloads
2. Scams & impersonation
- Impersonating RS9, brands or users
- Fake sports news or match rumours
- Defrauding others for gain
3. Harmful behaviour
- Threats, hate speech, harassment, doxxing
- Crime, self-harm, exploitation of minors
- Threats to India’s unity, security or public order
4. Illegal gambling content
Do not promote betting or illegal online money gaming. RS9 is skill-based fantasy sports only.
5. Intellectual property
No unlicensed match broadcasts, logos, music or another user’s branding/content.
6. Inappropriate content
Sexually explicit, exploitative or minor-related content is strictly prohibited. Zero tolerance for harm to minors.
Reporting & enforcement
- Report via in-app tools or Helpdesk with screenshots and details.
- 1st strike: warning · 2nd: temporary freeze · 3rd: suspension · further: permanent ban
- Appeal within 7 days via Helpdesk. Appeal decisions are final at Our discretion.
